ASST. PROPERTY MGR.
Seeking a F/T Asst. Property Mgr.
Customer service oriented person who will work closely w/the Property Manager
Responsible for leasing activity, rent collections, bank deposits, and increasing occupancy
Assist with processing of move-ins and move-outs.
Strong written communication skills, inspecting grounds and vacancies.
Computer literacy required, Yardi experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree strongly preferred.
A minimum of two years residential or commercial property management experience.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Seeking a F/T Property Mgr.
Experienced in all phases of community operations. Marketing and budgeting experience preferred.
Responsibilities include leasing and occupancy, budget control, and community maintenance.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills necessary.
Effective in resident relations and resolution of resident issues.
Computer literacy required, Yardi experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
A minimum of two-five years residential property management experience, including supervisory responsibilities is preferred.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Seeking a F/T Maintenance Technician for our property management community.
Must have experience in all phases of maintenance operations not limited to unit turnovers, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Must have own tools.
Must have a valid CA driver's license
Strong written communications skills is required
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of three years residential or commercial property management experience.
