At Oakland Community Housing we are busier than ever developing and managing high quality affordable housing. Through rentals and sales, new construction and rehabilitation, we are making a positive impact on people's lives at a time when affordable housing is increasingly scarce. We need your help.

You can make a contribution to OCHI online using your credit card, or ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. It's easy, it's secure, and it's tax-deductible.

$2500 -- Builds a staircase in one of OCHI’s new homes for first-time, low-moderate income buyers.

$1000 -- Hires a counselor to give career development workshops and work with residents individually on their job searches.

$250 -- Supplies portable tables and chairs that transform a community room into an after-school homework club.

$100 -- Plants one or two street trees in front of a new home.

$50 -- Purchases a bookcase to host a book exchange or food exchange in a community room.
