OCHI - OCHI Programs

Oakland Community Housing, Inc. has been developing quality affordable housing in the East Bay for over 33 years, with 24 completed developments totaling over 1100 units of housing. Our completed projects include apartments, townhouses, and single room occupancy hotels that provide rental opportunities for households with a wide range of incomes and family sizes, and first-time homeownership opportunities. Through OCHI’s subsidiary property management company, Oakland Community Housing Management, we manage most of the rental property we have developed throughout the East Bay. OCHI also provides a wide range of on-site services to residents of many of the properties we own or manage.
